The Boro's top-scorer won Northern Premier League (NPL) show Supporters' Player of the Year, as well as being named in the Evo-Stik West and Media Team of the season.

Owolabi held the support and help from the club's staff, teammates, and his family and close friends in high regards towards his rewards, but his attention is now firmly turned to the West Division title.

"I am still shocked. It’s not sunk in yet. I am just super happy. I thank God for helping me be the player that I have been this season," said the 24-goal attacker.

“Winning this award would not have been possible without my team mates and the coaching staff as well. Every aspect. The belief and support they have shown to me throughout this season has been incredible. To the fans, they have been incredible supporting the team and I.

“To my family and friends who have supported me throughout the happy and hard times, their support have been second to none. I would not be here without them. I love them all.

“This award is not only for me, it’s for them too, so I want to thank all of those people. I hope to continue this form and help Radcliffe win the league. That’s my focus now and I am hungry to help the team as much as possible.”
