Andrew joined Radcliffe from Mold Alex of the Cymru Alliance at the start of the 2016/17 season having been involved with Mold Alex for 2 years and grassroots football for around 5 years previous.

His coaching experience stems from the UK but he has also coached over in the USA working alongside MLS clubs in the youth set up and developing training practices and programs for USA recreational and travel clubs, along with working with ODP (Olympic Development Programme) players. Andrew also helped guide Mold Alex to winning the NEWFA cup in the 2014-15 season for the first time in nearly 30 years.
Andrew holds a BSc Hons in Coach Education.
